DISTURN Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DISTURN.
The following terms apply to shipping and delivery of products purchased through our online store.
Shipping Fees
Japan Domestic Shipping
Flat rate: JPY 1,000 (tax included)
Hokkaido / Okinawa: JPY 1,750 (tax included)
Asia Region Shipping
Flat rate: JPY 3,000*
Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on import regulations, customs procedures, and local carrier restrictions in each country or region.
Europe Region Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight*:
Up to 0.5kg: JPY 2,700
Up to 1kg: JPY 3,400
Up to 2kg: JPY 4,800
*For international shipments, shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or customs processing fees. These charges may be collected separately by local authorities or carriers upon delivery.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using the following carriers:
Domestic orders within Japan: Yamato Transport
International orders: EMS (Express Mail Service)
Please note that customers cannot select or change shipping carriers.
Processing and Shipping Time
Regular items are typically shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays).
Please note that shipping may require additional processing time during:
• New Year holidays
• Golden Week holidays
• Obon holidays
• High-volume order periods
• Severe weather conditions
• Transportation disruptions
• Customs inspections and clearance procedures

Incorrect Address Information / Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, incomplete address details, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or extended absence of the recipient, we reserve the right to:
• Cancel the order; or
• Require payment of actual shipping costs for reshipment
Please carefully verify all shipping information before completing your order, including apartment names, building numbers, and room numbers where applicable.
International Shipping
International shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, VAT, import charges, or customs clearance fees.
Depending on the destination country or region, additional charges including customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), import consumption tax, and customs processing fees may apply.
All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
If a customer refuses delivery due to customs duties, taxes, or related fees, we may refuse refunds or deduct any return shipping charges, customs costs, storage fees, or other expenses incurred.
Special Provisions for Asia Region
Shipments to countries within Asia may be delayed or restricted due to local import regulations, inspection requirements, customs procedures, or governmental actions.
DISTURN shall not be liable for delays, customs holds, confiscations, or delivery restrictions beyond our reasonable control.
Special Provisions for Europe Region
For customers located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
Customers within Europe may be subject to local VAT collection rules and import procedures depending on the value of the shipment and destination country.
DISTURN is not responsible for delays arising from customs clearance procedures or import inspections performed by local authorities.
